If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@reshmabeauty.com, stating your Order # and the reason for your return. We will get back to you to confirm the Return. We are able to refund authorized returns only.

Most unopened items in new condition and returned within 30 days of delivery will receive a refund or exchange. All product returns must be in unopened, unused and salable condition upon arrival at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.

We regret that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

We are able to process returns only for purchases made at www.ReshmaBeauty.com.

Returns for products made at other retail or online stores must be addressed by the respective seller.
